Private Yoga Nidra lessons are available. Sessions are 1 hour in length and include restorative movements (appropriate for all).

Cancellation Policy

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Clients are asked to arrive to their appointments before their scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for the registration process to be completed before the actual appointment time. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, they will still be charged full price for their session, although their session time is now cut short. NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICEY All appointment cancellations within less than 24 hours are subject to a full price appointment fee. A client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment or event without providing a 24 hour notice will be subject to a full price appointment fee. Please respect my time, energy, and schedule. Thank you.
